This information is used to confirm your booking and identify you when you collect your camper. Age, date of birth and driving licence information will be collected from you at the point of your camper collection and this required to be checked to align to our strict vehicle insurance requirements. This information will stored for no longer than one year unless an insurance claim or driving penalty claim is ongoing at this time.

Use of Information

Your information will be used to contact you, with information in relation to your booking. We may also use this information for research purposes. You can inform us at any time if you no longer wish to receive no more information from us. We require your consent to contact you for marketing purposes and this will be obtained as part of the online booking process.

Third Party Disclosure

We will never knowingly pass on any personal information to any third party without your consent. Payment information will be processed by our payment gateway provider Payzone and online booking information processes and stored with our booking tool provider Anytime Booking. We will disclose personal data if we are under a duty or are required by law or a regulation to disclose or share your personal data.

We take all appropriate measures to safeguard the information we hold from unauthorised access or improper use. Our database is stored in a secure, password protected location and only authorised users can access this data. Our website and software is compliant with PCI DSS accreditation.

We will only use the personal data that is provided to us by you for the purposes of providing our Services, for generating our own internal anonymous reports or for publishing aggregate data in order to provide statistics (in which you, cannot be identified).
